Tracey Smith is an award-winning fashion illustrator and live event artist based in London, specialising in hand-drawn ink and watercolour illustration.

Working from Hackney, Tracey creates fashion portraits, catwalk illustrations and paintings for private clients, fashion brands and event organisers across London and beyond. Her work is characterised by fluid ink line and vibrant watercolour — each piece entirely hand-drawn.

Based in Hackney, working across London

Tracey is available for commissions and live illustration events throughout London, and regularly draws at London Fashion Week shows and designer showrooms. Her studio is in Hackney, East London.

Recent London work includes live drawing at London Fashion Week with Fida Worldwide and Drawing Cabaret Couture, an artist in residence stint at Fashion Scout, and live portraits at markets, studio open days and private events across the city.

She also teaches — running Inky Faces watercolour illustration workshops at venues including In-Residence in Islington, and further afield at events such as Gather Festival in Greece.

Tracey works with fashion brands, event organisers, private collectors and publications. Commissions are taken for original portraits, catwalk illustration and editorial work. All originals are for sale; prints are available on request.
